Sometimes, not so long ago..... I used to do a lot of house chores before going to school. A lot has changed now anyways. I got to writing one day after thinking about the work I'll have to do before going to school the next morning... Enjoy
A new day
I wake up early in the morning
Try to say my prayer without dozing
Brush my teeth quite briskly
All the corners brushed quickly
Still not up fully
Until the plates are washed shiny
Then comes the orders
Fetching water tops the list
Car washing follows like a twin brother
How I wish they be gone by a magic fist
But my thoughts are all day dreams
Alas! My day begins
